We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the Family Wellbeing and Justice (FWJ) team on a short term 10-month contract. This role provides an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality services while supporting team growth and operational excellence.  This is a 10-month maternity relief position.

Your role as a FWJ Program Manager 

As a Program Manager, you’ll work closely with the FWJ and organisational leaders, and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture. 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations.

  • Support and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.

  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive positive change.

  • Manage staff training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
