Your role as a FWJ Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you’ll work closely with the FWJ and organisational leaders, and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to:

Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations.

Support and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

Manage staff training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
