Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Collaborate with school leadership and staff to foster a supportive environment.
Deliver wellbeing programs and mental health initiatives.
Support students facing emotional or psychological challenges.
Maintain accurate records and participate in supervision and professional development.

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in counselling, psychology, or social work.
Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA.
Experience delivering individual and group counselling.
Strong communication and consultation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
High level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
