What This Role Involves | What You Get to Do
As the Team Leader – Family Law Programs, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, client-centred services across our Family Counselling, Parenting Education and Men’s Behaviour Change programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, supporting staff, and ensuring programs meet their objectives across the New England and North West region.
You will balance leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining a small client caseload.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of community services frameworks, legislation, and best practice
- Experience in family law, counselling, or behaviour change programs (desirable)
Essential Requirements:
- National Criminal History Check
- Working With Children Check
- National Disability Worker Screening Check (if applicable)
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to travel across the New England and North West region
