What This Role Involves | What You Get to Do
As the Practice Lead – Family Services Program, you will contribute to clinical and operational leadership, supporting a multidisciplinary team delivering Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services within our Family Relationship Centre and the Family Law Pathway Network Program.
This is a key leadership role where you will oversee service quality, support staff development, and ensure best practices in working with families experiencing separation and conflict. You will play a critical role in shaping service delivery, supporting complex case work, and strengthening outcomes for families across the New England and North West region.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Hold qualifications aligned with the
- Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or equivalent
- Meet standards under the
- Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008
- Demonstrate competencies in:
- Screening & assessment (including family violence risk)
- Mediation and dispute resolution processes
- Ethics and professional responsibility
