What This Role Involves | What You Get to Do
As the Team Leader – Youth Programs, you will lead the effective delivery of Centacare's Youth on Track (YOT), Keep on Track (KoT) and Youth Drug & Alcohol Support (YDAS) programs.
Reporting to the Families, Wellbeing and Justice Program Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team delivering high-quality, client-centred services to young people.
You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, ensuring quality service delivery, supporting staff development, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring programs meet contractual, legislative and organisational requirements.
The role will also involve maintaining a client caseload, as agreed with the Program Manager.
